During each scan I get the error message that there is a problem in Malware.sbi and I should look into the Include errors.log file.

This error should not longer occur with Spybot-S&D 1.1! The problem is that the TempFile plugin didn't install correctly. Please locate a zip file called plugin-tempfile.zip inside your Spybot-S&D directory. It contains a file TempFile.dll that needs to be put inside a subdirectory called Plugins (you may need to create the subdirectory first). Just unzipping the file into the same directory as it is and calling update.bat should also do the work (this should work automatically, but obviously it didn't).
